Good Morning.I hope all of our children and families have had a positive week. Well done to you all for the continued efforts with learning at home.Even though our school doors remain closed planning continues to move forward for our return in August. Staff have engaged in a wealth of professional learning to best support our learners in reconnecting with key aspects of Literacy, Numeracy and Health and Wellbeing.Staff have also started to prepare, in school, our learning areas.
Transition is a key focus at this point in the school session and staff are currently undertaking all appropriate tasks to ensure the most effective return to the new school session.
I am fully aware that you will wish to receive class information and further details around the proposed blended learning model as soon as possible. As per local authority guidance this will be shared when plans for all schools are confirmed across Fife Council. All staff across the directorate are working extremely hard to ensure we have the best fit possible for our children and young people.
Pupil reports celebrating the achievements, efforts and progress of our learners will be emailed directly to you by the end of this term. It has been a pleasure for both Mrs McIntosh and I to read through the pupil reports- we are certainly very proud of our Canmore learners!
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend and a 'Happy Father's Day' to all Canmore dads.
Best wishes,
Laura Howie
